At Kickers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Kickers box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
